促成之旅－絲路

完成了土樓和神山的遊記,雖然對我這個文字組織極差的人來說是有點辛苦.畢竟文章錯留百出,但也想繼續分享絲路之旅.有緣瀏覽這裡的朋友請多多指教.

這次促成之旅,建基於一件不幸的天災.2011年年頭與朋友忽發奇想,計劃4月份請連假到板京神賞櫻.而且買到特價機票.事態發展大家都記憶猶新吧!311海嘯,地點在仙台,差不多半個日本的距離.但我始終有點擔心,還有我只是去旅行玩樂,似乎對正在面對災難的人很不敬.兩位朋友依然很想成行,但我決定退出,最後大家都没有出發.退票的錢差不多等了三個才收到,真漫長!

同時間,在facebook見到當年去西藏認識的一位朋友問有没有人想去絲路,結果成行喇!萬萬没想到可以去絲路,而且有伴.多年來都難有朋友想一起到這片土地,如今夢想成真,帶着高度期盼進入這個西域地區.

計劃行程時,想去的地方太多,只能選擇最想去和配合交通的境點.我由香港到廣州白云機場同朋友會合後,飛往烏魯木齊>吐魯番>善鄯>哈密>敦煌>西安>廣州>香港,中途的張掖,嘉裕關,酒泉等等坐火車飛快走過.唯有留待下次.幾年來遊中國的洗費越來越貴,單是廣州飛烏魯木齊已經是我買過最貴的中國內陸機票.

Day7 沙巴神山之旅

最後一日的行程就是無行程,訓到自然醒後,大家腳痛地跛下跛下地出外午餐,行去Star City Mall附近,後來寫遊記時查地圖才知這個商場名.商場對開的空地,剛好有晨早Market,有很多較平的本地生果蔬菜,乾貨等.規模比Sunday Market細好多,而且人少,可以舒服地買點手信.向前行幾步有幾家麵舖,還有富源茶餐廳.

我們選擇在天橋底食麵,叫了幾款不同的一齊分享.下圖的牛肉清湯麵最好食,看似好齋,但麵條本身有味,未知是否做麵團時已經調味呢?!吃幾口麵,飲一口清湯,再來一坏桔仔冰,好像只是RM5-8左右.

下午機離開前,努力地寫明信片,幾經兜轉在機場的暗角位找到B4紙大少的信箱.再見了M字形的沙巴!

Day6 沙巴神山之旅

每升高1000公尺,溫度會下降大約6度.現在晚上大約5度左右吧.因為Pandant Hut没有暖水沖涼,我又怕沖凍水會有高山症,所以只抹一抹身就訓了.2:30am食過早餐,開始登山.無法想像會這麼多人出發,上山只有一條單程路,人潮把我們分開了三批,我跟夏天和菜菜朋友都落後了.應該說菜菜是為了照顧我們而殿後吧.真感激>.<

落後其實不是太問題,但夏天的水樽給前一批的朋友拿走了......而且走得好遠......以後3個鐘的行程我和夏天分享一樽500ml清水,險些缺水.開始時一段木梯級路走得輕鬆,8月15又大又圓又光,而星星比較在珠峰大本營睇的更近更燦爛......睇得投入,步伐可能行得太快,又要拉著繩走在45度斜的山坡同其他登山者鬥力,突然有少許氣喘,呼吸困難......心理作用嗎?

幸好同行的夏天有Diamox,食一粒有病醫病,無病醫心理.菜菜非常細心,幫我背背包,入面放着都是無謂東西.....嘻嘻......休息一陣,感覺好多.而且天開始微亮.

天公做美,在藍天下慢步回去登記處附近食豐盛的自助早餐,坐在露台看着群山美境,還有美食當前,超級享受的monent,這刻我承認內心深處有一下想退出的念頭XD

早餐真的不錯,款式多,水準還可以,main point是没什麼客人!每人付出約港幣80元,連餐廳也可以包起嗎??呵呵.....費話少講,快點食飽飽,為一陣的勞動填滿能量.

有什麼參考書？

等待出發是一件慢長的事,這段期間也是閒着,返工等放工,放工等放假.星期六走去公共圖書館找找資料.與三聯,商務等的一樣,紐西蘭的資料不多,只有幾本書.雖然這些資料可能已經過期,又或者到當地i-site的資料更詳細.但都要睇一睇先吧!以下是借來參考的.嗯........有時間不妨一看呢:p

朝早在hostel附近的sunday market行到中午時分,加上開滿檔攤,又熱又焗.剛好有一檔賣羅漢果冰,好清涼呀！我好似發現新大陸一樣,介紹朋友一齊飲,還請教老闆做法.原來只要用羅漢果,肉元加冰糖就完成喇!要冰涼當然加冰或雪凍就ok!返到屋企一定要試做,實在太好飲,又解暑.行市集當然離不開飲飲食食,午飯去了怡豐,位於亞庇市中心加雅街127號.食完香濃喇沙同醒目小老闆娘結帳後,回Borneo搬行李去最一日住的Degalleria hotel寄存.重頭戲喇!下午向神山公園出發!

買了少少手信給朋友.至於美麗的貝殼就没有買,一來貴,二來影響生態,影相留念算了.

昨天收到通知,有機會要取消激流泛舟,原因係老古董火車壞了!雖然如此,我們抱住好運的心態,依照原本的時間集合,坐了差不多3小時到了小火車站.在小休站遇上了昨天一齊浮潛的兩對情侶,原來也是去玩激流.到逹後,再等了差不多半小時都未修理好.途中還殺出一個痴(線)漢.....

Moscow mule<莫斯科騾仔>

Ingredients:

在網上找資料時發現,也有用copper cup,用銅製的啤酒杯.

莫斯科騾仔是一種buck或mule雞尾酒,即是薑啤為基酒.混合了伏特加,薑啤,青檸汁.1950年,美國人對伏特加瘋狂地熱愛,而它的產地在俄羅斯,所以這款雞尾酒用了"莫斯科"命名.

Black Russian and White Russian<黑俄羅斯&白俄羅斯>

Salty Dog<咸狗>

Bloody Mary＜血腥瑪麗＞

Ingredients:

1 1/4oz Vodka

4oz Tomato juice

Dash of salt,pepper,Tabasco,lea & perrins sauce

血腥瑪麗相信是最令人深印象.不但令人聯想到是英格蘭和愛爾蘭女王瑪麗一世,當年活活燒死異見者.也令人記起讀書時聽聞的靈異遊戲.雖有着血紅色的外表,但這杯飲料是非常健康,主要成份由蕃茄汁組成,也是其中一款可以在早上供應的雞尾酒.

Screw Driver

Screwdriver中文意思是螺絲鈚.據說,有名美國石油工程師在沙地阿拉伯時,偷偷地把伏特加混入了一小罐的橙汁內,還用螺絲鈚攪拌.

Zombie

Ingredients:

1oz Rum

1oz Dark Rum

1/4oz Apricot Brandy

4oz Orange juice

2oz Pineapple juice

1/4oz grenadine

Garnish:

Wedge of lemon and red cherry

Except Apricot Brandy,shake well with crushed ice.Put on Apricot Brandy on top.

Daiquiri<得其利>

Ingredients:

1 1/4oz Rum

3/4oz Lemon juice

1/2oz Syrup

1/3oz Cointreau

Remark:

這款雞尾酒成份簡單,而且有很多不同版本.但最為國際公認的是古巴,夏那灣的El Floridita bar.也是老人與海的作者海明威(Ernest Hemingway)經常光顧的酒吧.

Cuba Libre＜古巴領導＞

Ingredients:

1 1/4oz Light Rum

3/4oz Lime juice

Garnish:

Slices of lemon

最近參加了每星期一堂的調酒課程,雖是興趣班但都坐座無虛席.當然,每杯大家都會試飲一兩啖,有趣是做到第三杯左右,大家都會情緒高漲,有講有笑,幾好玩呀!!嗯~~基於每堂都有影相,又有成份,做法.所以就放上黎分享分享喇!另外,我會盡量提供該雞尾酒背後故事和出處.畢竟我只是興趣班的初學生,如有錯留,請高人指教:p

前日post了五款雞尾酒,用的杯也不同,有没有好奇想知它們的名稱呢?看到bar枱上掛着形形式式的杯子是用來裝什麼飲料呢?嗯嗯~我都有疑問~~快看下圖的基本介紹喇!
